Phlebotomy Certification in Arizona - AZ

While there is no state-level certification or licensing requirement in Arizona, national certification is recognized, and recommended for phlebotomists who are on a professional career track. The following organizations do offer national examinations for certification, but the requirements for certification vary from one to another. Research the options out there and pick the one that best meets your needs. Credible certification organizations should require both a written and clinical examination and some background and training and follow the standards set by the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI).
