How to Become an Occupational Therapist in Colorado

Items of verification include verification of passing the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy Exam and an Affidavit of Eligibility Form. These items may all be obtained for the individual to fill out by contacting the licensing office at the address listed above.

Colorado occupational therapy schools provide master’s level degrees that meet the requirements for national certification and state licensure. Anyone working in a health related field should expect to be required to submit to a background check and physical before actually working in the field.
