Delaware Dental Hygienist Continuing Education Requirements

The Delaware Board of Dental Examiners issues a two-year license to dental hygienists. It will expire on May 31 of even years. In addition to providing proof of current CPR certification, dental hygienist must complete 24 hours of continuing education during the two years prior to renewing their license. The Continuing Education Reporting form is due March 1 of the license renewal year. A percentage of licensees will randomly be selected for audit of their continuing education hours.
