Dental hygienists will complete a comprehensive education in science, math, and dental courses. If the interest is realized early on, potential dental hygienists would be wise to pursue additional courses in the above subjects in high school. Kansas Dental Hygienist Continuing Education Requirements
The Kansas Dental Board issues dental hygienists in the state a two-year license to actively practice in their field. A renewal form will be sent no later than the first week of October of your renewal year. The fee to renew your dental hygienist license is $150.
