Dental hygienists are required to complete a dental hygiene program which will last anywhere from two to four years. Continuing Education for New Hampshire Dental Workers

Dental hygienists in the state of New Hampshire are issued a two-year license to practice. It must be renewed on or by April 1 of odd numbered years. In addition, they must complete 20 hours of continuing education during each two-year renewal cycle. At least 15 hours must be earned in clinical dental care subjects, including a life support (CPR) class.
