Homeopathy School in Florida - FL

In Florida, as well as in most states, no license is necessary to practice homeopathic medicine. One need not be a medical doctor, doctor of osteopathy, or any other type of physician in order to practice homeopathy in Florida. A bill was passed in Florida in 2001 authorizing provision of and access to complementary or alternative health care treatments. It guaranteed a Florida patient’s right to access any mode of treatment that the patient or the patient’s health care practitioner thinks is in the patient’s best interests.

This has renewed the interest of many students who are interested in studying at homeopathy schools in Florida. There are a variety from which to choose, and are usually housed at a college, university, or even online. These schools provide education in homeopathic medicine to students interested in practicing as a homeopathic practitioner, acupuncturist, naturopath, or chiropractor. School programs in homeopathy take between two to four years and may result in a diploma, degree or certificate, depending upon the homeopathic education program you choose.
