Candidates for licensure interested in how to become a psychologist in Georgia must meet the following requirements:
- Be of good moral character.
- Pass a written examination called the Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology (EPPP). A passing grade is 70 percent or higher.
- Pass an oral examination administered by the Board. The Board will determine a passing and failing grade for this exam on an individual basis.
- Must not have failed a Board examination within the past six months
