Furthermore, Illinois students can take advantage of the many online and distance learning schools and programs that offer diplomas, certificates, masters, and even doctorate degree options for medical technologists. Finally, most students select an education and training programs that will prepare to take a national competency examination and gain medical technology certification in Illinois.
