Illinois Ultrasound Tech Continuing Education Requirements
If you have obtained the registered diagnostic medical sonographer (RDMS) credential, one must complete a minimum of 30 continuing medical education (CME) credits every 3 years in order to maintain an active status. On a side note, since Illinois does not license this profession, there are no state continuing educational requirements.
