Local community colleges and online schools are a great place to find state approved Iowa CNA training programs. The following areas sponsor such programs:

*Some community colleges may offer a 6 or 12 week partial online training program for students learning from home. However, even these programs require mandated laboratory or clinical coursework to be done on-campus.

Through either online or campus based programs, aspiring C.N.A.s in Des Moines, Cedar Rapids and Davenport, Iowa may be able to prepare themselves for the possibility of employment in some of the largest hospitals and healthcare facilities in the state including the Iowa Lutheran Hospital, Iowa Health and University of Iowa Hospital.
