Organizations for Pharmacy Technicians in Maryland

Pharmacy Technician Certification Board:
The PTCB strives to oversee that they are administering top notch programs that allow pharmacy technicians to become certified and recertified.  The organization has been around since 1995 and currently has a membership count of over 270,000 people.  They work very hard to ensure that they are providing the most efficient and effective ways for pharmacy technicians to provide a top notch level of patient care and service.  They also make sure to provide a high level of standards that are worked into the certification examination, support the advancement for patient care, produce research, and facilitate consensus of different issues that are found within the profession.

Maryland Pharmacists Association:
