Massage Therapy Continuing Education in Hawaii
The State of Hawaii does not require continuing education hours to maintain your Massage Therapy License. However, for reasons stated earlier, having your national certification is very important. To maintain your NCTMB credential, the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork requires completion of 48 continuing education course hours between certification renewals, which are required every four years. And, as important, professionals know that staying current with the latest technology in their field of expertise is a responsibility they have to their clients – and to themselves.
