Montana will become the 43rd state to join their ranks in 2010 when its Massage Therapy Licensing Act takes effect. The licensing board created by the law will set guidelines for how you can obtain your license to practice legally. If you’re already a Massage Therapist in Montana, be aware that continuing without a license after July 2010 will be a misdemeanor.
