Neonatal nurse practitioner programs in Florida usually lead to a Master of Science in Nursing with a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner specialization. Graduate education for neonatal nurse practitioners in Florida prepares the NNP to work in both intensive care and normal newborn nurseries, as well as in the delivery room and in step-down units.
