All individuals who wish to take the clinical exam in dental hygiene must be over 18, United States citizens, graduates of or expecting to graduate from a dental hygiene program accredited by the American Dental Association.
Submit an application form to the following office with a fee of $150.00, along with two recent photographs, official transcripts of your dental hygiene degree work, certification by the dean of either graduation or sufficient academic background to pass the exam, proof of completing a course in how to give local anesthesia, proof that you have malpractice insurance, and other items listed in http://www.nvdentalboard.nv.gov/Forms/RDH_ExamPacketCoverLetter.pdf.
