Physician Assistant Education in New Hampshire - NH

Prior to entering an accredited course of study through one of the Physician Assistant schools in New Hampshire, you will have needed to achieve your Associates Degree including several prerequisites of specific coursework. The actual Physician Assistant program will run approximately 27 months and will include experiential work in a health center or hospital setting.

You will need at least 124 semester units in to be considered for a degree as a PA.

Some of the classes you will participate in are:

  • Anatomy and Physiology with a concurrent lab assigned
  • Biology with a concurrent lab assigned
  • Microbiology with a concurrent lab assigned
  • Statistics or some other approved advanced mathematics course
  • Psychology

You must complete several hours of qualified courses through one of the Physician Assistant schools in New Hampshire once you have obtained your license in order to qualify for your renewal.

Through campus based and online programs, aspiring Physician Assistants in Manchester, Nashua, East Concord, Concord and Derry Village, New Hampshire may be able to prepare themselves for the possibility of employment in some of the largest hospitals and healthcare facilities in the state including the Concord Hospital, Wentworth Douglas Hospital, Catholic Medical Center and Cheshire Medical Center.
