According to a 2008 report by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the average Ohio LPN salary is about $39,700. Hourly pay was as low as $14.67 and as high as $24.35. LPNs are among the highest paying careers without a college degree. So, even though the state annual salary is slightly below the average annual salary for LPNs, it is still significantly high considering the education requirements.
