Pennsylvania LPN Salary

Pennsylvania LPNs are paid well when considering the minimal education required for the job.  In 2008, the annual mean Pennsylvania LPN salary was $39,920.  The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics also reports that the hourly pay for LPNs in Pennsylvania ranges from $13.45 to $25.77.  Large, metropolitan areas pay the best.

Organizations and Associations for Pennsylvania Nurses

There are no state organizations specific to Pennsylvania LPNs.  However, the following national organizations will be able to assistant LPNs as they consider the career, research education options, and pursue their LPN license.  In addition, organizations such as The National Federation of Licensed Practical Nurses have state chapters; there just is not one in Pennsylvania at this time.
