Continuing Educational Requirements for Respiratory Therapists in Texas

American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC):  This is a national and international organization with more than 47,000 members.  The vision of this organization is broad.  A few key goals are as follows:  deal with legislature regarding current issues with all aspects of the respiratory therapy field, provide a network of educational opportunities for members, and strive for excellence within the profession by promoting advocacy for patients, as well as the respiratory therapist.
