Students interested in enrolling in Utah nursing informatics programs will find on-campus, distance learning, and online possibilities available. A state university located in Salt Lake City, for instance, offers three different informatics-specific certificates and degrees: Interdisciplinary Graduate Certificate for Informatics (15 hours), Master in Nurse Informatics (40 credits), and an Informatics Post-Master’s Certificate (24 hours). Not only is this option convenient, but offers a wide range of degree and certificates including, but not limited to: Bachelor of Science in Health Informatics, Master of Science in Nursing/Specialization in Informatics, Master of Science in Health Informatics and Health Care Informatics Certificate.

Through campus based and online programs, aspiring Nurses in Health Informatics in Salt Lake City, West Valley, Provo and West Jordon, Utah may be able to prepare themselves for the possibility of employment in some of the largest hospitals and healthcare facilities in the state including the Intermountain Medical Center, Saint Mark's Hospital, University of Utah Health Care and Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.
