In Washington, medical technologist certification is essential. However, before you can get to the point where you are eligible for certification, you will need to satisfy education requirements through a medical technologist school in Washington. To begin a career in medical technology, you will need at least a bachelor degree in either clinical laboratory sciences, health sciences, or medical sciences.
