Education and work experience eligibility qualifications including two years of experience as a registered nurse and 2,000 hours of nursing informatics practice or 1,000 hours of nursing informatics practice plus 12 academic credits from an approved graduate nursing informatics program or graduation from a program in nursing informatics consisting of at least 200 hours of supervised practical training
  4. Documentation showing the completion of 30 hours of continuing education in nurse informatics activities
