Studies conducted during May of 2009 by the Bureau of Labor Statistics regarding the medical assistant’s salary in Idaho determined that $28,910 was the average estimated annual income for professionals in this field. The Bureau also concluded that $13.90 was the average hourly rate of pay. However, it was noted that medical assistants in Idaho could further increase their earning potential by continuing their education and gaining more clinical experience.
